Job summary

WinCo Foods is seeking a stock replenishment associate in Kennewick, WA. You will maintain and replenish stock, ensuring accurate shelf presentation and stocking levels while delivering friendly, efficient service to customers.

The role involves night shifts, working in a 24/7 environment, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 40 lbs frequently, and adhering to safety standards. Prior food-handling certification is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide friendly, courteous service.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish stock in a safe, efficient manner.
• Stock, rotate, and face product; discard outdated items.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks and related equipment.
• Build product displays and assist customers with their needs.
• Perform duties with honesty and integrity.
• May train other employees and support team goals.
