WinCo Foods is seeking a stock associate to maintain and replenish stock safely and efficiently. You will help create a welcoming customer experience and support store operations during 9:00 pm to 9:00 am hours.

The role involves lifting, facing, and stocking duties in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Responsibilities include rotating stock, building displays, and ensuring product integrity while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Food Handlers Certification required by state laws.
• Ability to work varied night shifts in a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 40 lbs frequently.
• Able to stand, walk, and move rapidly for long periods.
• Able to learn PLU codes and inventory procedures.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage customers with friendly, courteous service.
• Stock, rotate, and face products; discard outdated items.
• Build product displays and operate pallet jacks/hand trucks.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment.
• Assist with orders, pricing, and merchandise labeling/marking.
• May train other employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
