Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Niles, OH is seeking a part-time Stocking Associate to perform stocking duties in Receiving and on the Sales Floor. You will organize back stock, replenish shelves, unload trucks, and stay current on product knowledge and plan-o-grams.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong numerical and customer service skills, ability to read UPC codes, use a POS, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Friendly, professional communication with customers and associates.
• Ability to read label descriptions and stock merchandise by UPC codes.

Responsibilities

• Supports world class customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience.
• Organizes and manages back stock daily.
• Replenishes product on shelves and in back stock per merchandising guidelines.
• Unloads trucks as needed.
• Maintains clean, neat, and well-stocked work area.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
