Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert to enhance the guest experience on the General Merchandise team. You will greet guests, help them locate products, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping journey.

Responsibilities include stock, sorting, and maintaining in-stock availability; supporting other team members; and adhering to safety and ethical standards in a fast-paced store environment.

• Support guest services like back-up cashiers and drive-up/order pickup while upholding safety and compliance.
