Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to join our General Merchandise team. This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and operating in a fast-paced environment to ensure product is available, accurately priced, and easily accessible.

In this position you will greet guests, assist with finding items, stock shelves, and support operations such as back-up cashier and drive-up services while maintaining a safe, compliant workplace. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring guest experience and greet guests warmly.

• Stock, organize and straighten merchandise to maintain product availability on the sales floor.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive Up duties as needed.
• Follow safety policies and ensure compliance while performing duties.
