• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledgement of firearms-specific background checks and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and providing feedback to improve store operations.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses in the designated business area.
• Ensures high-quality customer experience by modelling exceptional service standards and supporting customer service initiatives and community programs.
• Coordinates plans to meet customer and business needs and promotes a culture of belonging and integrity.
