Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college, or 1 year of retail and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years general work plus supervisory experience.
• Assessed through background checks for firearms- or eligibility where applicable.
• Includes attendance at required trainings (Open Door, Academy, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training, feedback, and effective supervision.
• Drive store financial performance by monitoring PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service excellence and manage customer issues to resolution.
• Oversee operational processes, merchandising, inventory flow and shrink mitigation.
• Recruit, mentor and develop associates, fostering a culture of belonging.
