Meijer is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk to keep shelves stocked with a wide range of food and grocery items. You will ensure accurate shelf placement, assist customers, and support daily merchandising tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

This role emphasizes hands-on work, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Overnight shifts help prepare the store for the day ahead, and a friendly attitude is essential for customer interactions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
