WinCo Foods is seeking a Stock Clerk responsible for maintaining and replenishing stock in a safe, efficient manner while delivering friendly customer service.

The position typically involves 6–8 hour shifts between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am, in a 24/7 operation. Responsibilities include stocking, rotating, facing products, operating pallets and hand trucks, and ensuring safe conditions for all staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide friendly, courteous service to customers and coworkers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work varied nights in a 24/7 operation, including weekends/holidays.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs intermittently and moving products.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and efficient work environment.
• Follows basic math and PLU codes as part of inventory control.
• Willingness to learn location of products and company procedures.

Responsabilités

• Welcome, engage, serve and thank customers.
• Stock, rotate, face, and discard outdated products.
• Cut boxes and place small containers on shelves.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Build product displays and help with merchandising.
• Perform duties with honesty and integrity.
• Possibly train other employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
