Job summary

H-E-B in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Night Stocker to join our Grocery and Drug Store teams. You will stock shelves, learn multiple departments, and support nightly goals in a fast-paced store environment.

You will lift and move heavy items, apply SOPs, assist customers, and collaborate with teammates to maintain clean, well-organized aisles and back room areas. Previous stocking or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience stocking and in customer service preferred.
• Must be able to perform repetitive, physical tasks and lift up to 50–66 lbs depending on department.
• Familiarity with SOPs and safety procedures.
• Ability to work overnights, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Stocks shelves, refills displays.
• Loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products; may unload trucks.
• Conditions shelves and products; applies product knowledge and accurate labeling.
• Keeps department clean and well-organized (back room and shelves).
• Assists customers in locating products and answering questions.
• May coach/train other Stockers; works to meet nightly goals.
