Job summary

The role also includes moving products from backroom to floor, rotating inventory, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Physical tasks and a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves on the floor during the day and assist customers with questions or locating items.
• Prepare the store for overnight deliveries and resets.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Maintain organization behind the scenes and ensure aisles are clean and easy to shop.
• Follow safety procedures and stocking processes while working varied shifts.
