Qualifications

• Customer interaction and clear communication on the sales floor.
• Stocking, merchandising, and keeping display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, product locations, and pricing.
• Attention to detail in stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated products.
• Strong organization and time-management; maintain clean, organized areas.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Monitor stock levels and backroom organization.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and stocking processes.
• Adaptability to day, evening, or overnight shifts.
• Physical capability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock the sales floor during the day and assist customers with questions.
• Overnight shifts focus on deliveries, stocking, and display resets.
• Move products from backroom to floor and rotate inventory.
• Keep aisles clear and work areas clean and organized.
