Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves stocked and the store ready for customers. Day shifts focus on floor stocking and helping customers; overnight shifts prepare for the next day with deliveries, stocking, and display resets.

You’ll also move stock from backroom, rotate inventory, and keep aisles clean. Ideal candidates are physically capable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and keep displays organized and clean.
• Assist customers with locating items and answering questions.
• Prepare store for next day during overnight shifts (deliveries, stocking, displays).
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Keep aisles clear and maintain backroom organization.
• Follow safety procedures and stocking processes.
