Job summary

Safeway is seeking a Stocker to keep shelves stocked and the store ready for customers. Day shifts on the floor involve stocking, organizing shelves, and helping customers; overnight shifts focus on prepping for the next day, handling deliveries, restocking, and resetting displays.

You will move products from backroom to sales floor, rotate inventory, and keep aisles clear. Able to lift up to 60 lbs, operate pallet jacks, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer interactions on the sales floor and answering questions.
• Accurate stocking and maintaining displays.
• Knowledge of store layout, locations, and pricing.
• Accurate stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated products.
• Efficient workload management while keeping areas clean.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Monitor stock levels and keep backroom organized.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures and stocking processes.
• Adapt to varied shifts including day, evening, overnight.
• Lift up to 60 lbs regularly.
