Job summary

You will work across day, evening, and overnight shifts, upholding safety rules, quality standards, and efficient backroom handling. A physical role with frequent lifting is expected.

Qualifications

• Clear communication when assisting customers on the sales floor
• Placing product accurately on shelves and maintaining display standards
• Familiarity with store layout, product locations, and pricing
• Accuracy in stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated products
• Managing workload efficiently while maintaining clean, organized areas
• Operating pallet jacks and other store equipment safely after training
• Monitoring stock levels and maintaining backroom organization
• Following company policies, safety procedures, and stocking processes
• Comfort working varied shifts, including day, evening, or overnight schedules
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and keep the floor ready for customers during daytime shifts
• Assist customers and answer questions on the sales floor
• Prepare store for next-day deliveries during overnight shifts
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate inventory
