Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Stocker to help keep shelves stocked and the store ready for customers throughout the day. You’ll stock products, assist shoppers, and learn store layouts and pricing to ensure efficient service.

In overnight shifts, you’ll prepare the store for the next day by handling deliveries, stocking, and resetting displays without customer traffic. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and balers following training and safety guidelines.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including daytime, evening, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves on the floor during daytime hours and help customers with questions or locating items.
• Overnight shifts focus on preparing the store for the next day, handling deliveries, stocking shelves, and resetting displays.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Keep aisles clear, organize backroom, and maintain clean work areas.
• Handle freight, restock, and clean to maintain a steady, fast-paced environment.
