Qualifications

• Clear customer communication on the sales floor.
• Stock products accurately and maintain displays.
• Know store layout, product locations, and pricing.
• Maintain accuracy in stocking, rotation, labeling, and removing outdated items.
• Manage workload while keeping areas clean and organized.
• Operate pallet jacks, box cutters, and store equipment safely.
• Monitor stock levels and keep backroom organized.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and stocking processes.
• Adapt to day, evening, or overnight shifts.
• Lift and move up to 60 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and keep product quantities up to date on the floor.
• Assist customers with locating items and answering questions.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and rotate inventory.
• Keep aisles clear and displays tidy for easy shopping.
• Support deliveries and shelf resets during stocking.
• Maintain backroom organization and inventory records.
