Job summary

Three Bears Alaska, Inc. is seeking stockers to stock shelves, straighten departments, and assist with unloading and loading trucks in a dynamic Alaska store environment.

The role requires adherence to merchandising standards, safe forklift operation, and teamwork. The position offers varying schedules including overnight, part-time and full-time with opportunities to contribute to a busy, customer-focused store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Overnight, part-time or full-time availability is expected.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and straighten department.
• Unload and load freight trucks using forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Set up display models and ensure product signage.
• Wrap and secure pallets as needed for safe handling.
• Assist other departments and front-end duties as required.
• Operate equipment such as box knife, shrink wrap machine and manual pallet jack.
