Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and adjust staffing levels in partnership with unit leaders and operational leadership.
• Reallocate staff resources based on patient care needs and census changes.
• Post, monitor, and update open shifts while maintaining accurate scheduling records.
• Assist with schedule balancing and communicate staffing coverage changes.
• Coordinate sitter utilization, incentive requests, and travel staff approvals.
• Support bed management and staffing needs for overflow units.
• Follow staffing and fiscal guidelines during low-census periods.
• Provide administrative support related to payroll, compliance, audits, and reporting.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
