Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a travel assignment in Lancaster, OH. The role runs for 13 weeks with a pay range of $2,273 to $2,738 per week and night shifts (11.5 hours).

You will review and dispense medications, monitor patient therapy, ensure compliance with policies, and communicate with patients and providers. A current Ohio license and at least one year of relevant experience are required; travel assignments are supported with lodging and allowances.

Qualifications

• BS or PharmD degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, process, and dispense medication orders and prescriptions accurately
• Monitor and manage patient medication therapy to ensure therapeutic appropriateness and effectiveness
• Maintain departmental policies, quality improvement programs, and records
• Communicate drug information to patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Participate in drug therapy management during medical emergencies
• Coordinate pharmacy technician activities to meet patient and departmental needs
