Burger King is hiring Team Members in Dubuque, Iowa. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and prepare food and drinks in a fast-paced environment. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and uniform standards while delivering outstanding guest service with managers and peers.

You will work at multiple stations, support opening/closing tasks, and interact with guests and the field operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers.
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.

Responsabilités

• Greets guests with a smile while taking orders and processing payments.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant including dining room, restrooms, and exterior.
• Upholds health and safety standards in work areas.
• Maintains regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows Burger King uniform and grooming standards.
• Performs closing tasks: cleaning and prep for next morning opening.
• Delivers exceptional guest service while collaborating with Restaurant Managers and team members to uphold standards.
• Interacts with guests and field operations team as part of daily operations.

• Full-time and part-time positions available


• Greets guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments


• Prepares and packages food and drink products


• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times including dining room, restroom & exterior


• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas


• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts


• Follows Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies


• Closing: Complete all cleaning and preparation required for restaurant opening in the morning


• The Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.


• This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators.


• This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.
