The City of Charlotte is seeking a Labor Crew Chief II to support the Field Operations Supervisor in daily solid waste collection operations on the 3rd shift. This leadership role oversees crews handling garbage, yard waste, bulky items, and special services, and requires strong customer service and safety focus.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, five years of relevant experience, a valid CDL (Class A or B), and the ability to work nights outdoors in all weather.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate or Equivalent plus five years of relevant work experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Ability to obtain a City Driver’s Permit.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, or other unusual hours.
• Ability to perform outdoor duties in all weather conditions.
