Job summary

Boomtown Casino Hotel Reno is seeking a vibrant Slot Attendant for the graveyard shift to deliver exceptional service, process hand-paid jackpots, and ensure machines run smoothly. You will greet guests, assist with game choices, and maintain a clean gaming floor in a fast-paced night environment.

Requirements include being 21+, Nevada Gaming Card eligibility, and the ability to stand for extended periods in a noisy casino; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and gratuities potential.

Qualifications

• Schedule flexibility to work full graveyard shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Ability to obtain and hold a Nevada gaming registration/license.
• Minimum 1+ year of customer service or cash-handling experience.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods in a smoking and noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with machine selections, explain game rules, and promote loyalty programs.
• Verify and pay out hand-paid jackpots quickly and accurately.
• Perform minor machine troubleshooting, reset tilted machines, and refill TITO paper.
• Maintain floor cleanliness and ensure machines/areas are debris-free.
• Adhere to Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations and Title 31/AML.
• Coordinate with Slot Technicians and Security to resolve guest or maintenance needs.
