The Sleep Technologist at Medical Center Enterprise is responsible for administering sleep studies under the direction of a physician to diagnose sleep disorders. This full-time, night-shift role is based at 400 N Edwards St, Enterprise, AL 36330, US, and involves patient assessments, data scoring, and data/documentation per regulatory standards.

The position requires 1-3 years of experience in sleep technology, and certification as an RPSGT or CPSGT with Basic Life Support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sleep technology or a related field.
• RPSGT or CPSGT certification is required; BCLS required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct sleep studies according to protocols under a Medical Director.
• Perform pre- and during-sleep assessments and monitor physiological data.
• Score sleep records and communicate findings to physicians.
• Collect and transmit specimens following proper procedures.
• Document results and patient data per policies.
• Maintain and calibrate sleep study equipment; report malfunctions.
• Educate patients about sleep studies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Regular attendance and policy adherence.
