Job summary

IU Health is seeking a Sleep Lab Technologist for the Arnett Hospital Sleep Lab. The role involves conducting sleep studies, preparing equipment, interviewing patients, and reporting results, with a focus on patient comfort and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years sleep tech experience.
• Must obtain RPSGT or SDS within 2 years of hire.
• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 2 years.
• Experience with BiPAP/ASV titration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and advanced diagnostic sleep studies.
• Prepare patient equipment and explain pre/post testing procedures.
• Interview patient to determine sleep disorder issues.
• Score sleep studies and generate reports.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.
