Job summary

YESCO (Young Electric Sign Company) is seeking part-time employees to conduct nightly sign and lighting patrols. You will drive your own vehicle across assigned routes, locate outages, and report service issues using the Servizio app and handheld device, documenting problem details, locations, and customer information.

This role requires the ability to follow routes, communicate findings to supervisors and other departments, and maintain safety while driving.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Ability to interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Must be able to drive an automobile and navigate routes.
• Good in-person communication and distance vision.

Responsibilities

• Follow patrol routes via the Servizio app and check waypoints for outages.
• Maintain surveillance from the vehicle to identify issues and opportunities.
• Document outages with photos and notes using Servizio handheld.
• Estimate outage size and report findings to supervisor.
• Relay information to other departments, store managers, or owners.
