Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of shipping/logistics/warehouse ops experience (manufacturing preferred).
• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping activities and supervise shipping personnel.
• Ensure shipments meet customer requirements and carrier specs.
• Verify shipping docs (BOLs, packing lists, customs, ASN).
• Schedule carrier pickups and manage transport arrangements.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve issues.
