Job summary

Arconic's Kawneer division in Bloomsburg, PA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team of 10–35 on a 12-hour night shift (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) on a 2-3-2 rotation. You will drive safety, quality, and production goals, ensuring smooth flow and timely decisions with supervisors across shifts.

You will coach and align your team on standard work, monitor performance, and foster continuous improvement while maintaining high-quality architectural aluminum products for the commercial construction
