Qualifications

• At least two years of experience working with children ages 6-17 is preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Be a mentor, coach, and advocate for youth.
• Build a positive, high-energy culture.
• Lead and participate in meaningful group activities.
• Guide youth in developing essential life skills.
• Provide emotional support and teach healthy coping mechanisms.
• Work with the Treatment Team on individualized care plans.
• Document progress and key events.
