Qualifications

• At least two years of experience working with children ages 6-17 is preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Be a mentor, coach, and advocate for youth.
• Build a positive, high-energy culture.
• Lead and participate in group activities.
• Guide youth in completing daily tasks.
• Provide emotional support to handle stress.
• Work with the Treatment Team to design care plans.
• Mediate conflicts and help develop problem-solving techniques.
• Document progress and key events.
• Use verbal de-escalation strategies.
• Promote hygiene, health, and safety.
