Responsibilities

• Be a mentor, coach, and advocate for youth.
• Build a positive, high-energy culture.
• Lead group activities that are fun and meaningful.
• Guide youth in completing daily tasks.
• Provide emotional support and teach coping mechanisms.
• Work with the Treatment Team on care plans.
• Document progress and key events.
