Job summary

Methodist Home for Children seeks a Supervisor for the Night Shift (7 PM – 7 AM) to lead and inspire a dedicated team serving youth aged 10 to 17 in a crisis assessment center setting in Winston-Salem, NC.

You will provide hands-on supervision, implement direct care services, engage youth in assessment activities, and ensure a safe, secure environment while fostering staff development and high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Background in a human services field, especially with youth.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision and training to Youth Care Workers.
• Implement direct care services for youth.
• Engage youth in assessment activities to connect services.
• Monitor safety and integrity of the facility.
