Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate yarn braiding machines and transfer yarn from spools to bobbins.
• Move full bobbins to braider decks and perform splicing during transfer.
• Monitor bobbin footage, yarn condition and tensions.
• Change tooling and gears to ensure proper dimension.
• Observe payoffs, adhesive application, braid pattern, inking and take‑ups.
• Conduct quality checks and record data to meet standards.
• Package product according to instructions, including cartons and spools.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and team initiatives.
• Report irregularities to the Shift Supervisor and perform other duties.
