Parker Hannifin Parflex Division in Wisconsin's Manitowoc facility is seeking a Yarn Braider & Winder Operator for the third shift (Sunday–Thursday, 10 PM–6 AM) with overtime after training.

You will set up and operate yarn braiding machines, transfer yarn, monitor tensions, perform quality checks, and package products. Starting pay is $20.05 per hour plus a $2 per hour shift premium. This role emphasizes safety and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and manual/electric jack (training provided).

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate yarn braiding machines and manage bobbins.
• Transfer yarn from spools to bobbins and maintain bobbin condition.
• Monitor bobbin footage, yarn condition, and tensions.
• Change tooling and gears to ensure correct dimensions.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Package product and prepare cartons and spools as required.
• Support process improvement and participate in team activities.
• Report irregularities to Shift Supervisor.
