Job summary

Lignetics, INC. is seeking a Woodyard Loader Operator to support plant production. The role runs full-time on a night shift from Monday to Friday, 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, with overtime possible.

The pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential and up to $2.86/hour monthly bonus incentive depending on safety, attendance, and production metrics. The operator will receive, inspect, mix, and load raw materials, ensure proper blend and moisture content, and maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years loader-operating experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using common hand tools.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong hand-eye-foot coordination and focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming loads of raw materials and separate materials by species.
• Inspect raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Notify leadership of quality concerns or material issues.
• Mix materials to achieve proper blend and moisture content for production.
• Load the infeed bin per production schedule and requirements.
• Complete required loader inspections and report equipment concerns.
• Perform routine loader cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Monitor material levels and workflow to maintain production.
