Job summary

Lignetics in Sandpoint, Idaho, is seeking a Woodyard Loader Operator to support daily production with loader operations and raw material management. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and careful attention to material specifications.

The successful candidate will mix materials, receive loads, inspect quality, and coordinate with teammates to maintain smooth workflow. Training is provided on day shifts, with a full-time schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years loader operation experience preferred in an industrial setting.
• Must have good eye, hand and foot coordination.
• Ability to concentrate for extended periods and multi-task.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
• Climb stairs to access loader; comfortable with heights and confined spaces.
• Must be able to perform simple math and use basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Mix material per specification to ensure production is set up for upcoming days and moisture content.
• Receive and separate incoming loads of raw materials by species.
• Inspect material quality and notify leadership of defects.
• Load infeed bin per production schedule requirements.
• Conduct loader inspections and perform loader maintenance.
• Communicate status of workflow with coworkers.
• Other duties as required.
