Job summary

Lignetics, Inc. seeks a Woodyard Loader Operator to support plant production by receiving, inspecting, mixing, and loading raw materials according to quality specs. You will operate loader equipment and help ensure proper blend, species, and moisture content for the production process.

This full-time night shift in Maine runs Monday through Friday, 10:00pm–6:00am with OT possible. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years loader experience, basic hand tools understanding, and a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years loader operating experience preferred in industrial/manufacturing.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use common hand tools.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong hand-eye-foot coordination.
• Ability to focus and manage multiple priorities.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Commitment to safety procedures and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive loads of raw materials and separate by species.
• Inspect raw materials to meet quality standards.
• Notify leadership of quality concerns or issues.
• Mix materials to achieve proper blend and moisture content.
• Load the infeed bin per schedule and material requirements.
• Complete loader inspections and report equipment concerns.
• Perform routine loader cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Monitor material levels and workflow for continuous production.
• Communicate needs and equipment status with coworkers and leadership.
• Follow all safety policies and maintain a safe work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
