Job summary

Danfoss in Mountain Home, AR is seeking a Wire Wind Operator for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:45 pm–7:00 am). You will operate wire winders to apply hose wire to braider bobbins and ensure production runs smoothly.

Duties include daily inspection and lubrication, setting guides and rollers, verifying tension, checking cards, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. The role supports cross training and teamwork to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate wire winders to apply hose wire to braider bobbins.
• Clean and lubricate bobbin cart wheels; perform daily inspections and lubricate points.
• Set wire guide beaks and rollers; check the wire oiler periodically.
• Verify and adjust tension settings.
• Check wire cards at shift start and choose correct bobbin type.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Assist other operators and cross-train for flexibility.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines; perform other duties as needed.
