The candidate will work under SOPs and with a team to meet production goals.

Wage is $20.00 per hour, 6:00pm-6:00am (2-2-3). No prior experience required, but strong work ethic and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are needed.

Responsibilities

• Sample, test, and document product quantity and quality to meet specifications.
• Load and unload trucks following SOPs.
• Identify and maintain HTST/pasteurization charts in compliance with WDA and FDA regulations.
• Operate CIP wash and monitor related systems and chemical testing.
