Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to read, understand, and adhere to SOP, GLP, SDS, GMP, test procedures, and HACCP.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Basic math skills and basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform hourly checks on assigned equipment and adjust to keep product within specifications.
• Shutdown, clean, and start up machines daily.
• Set up line circuits, silos, and tanks to be CIPed and set up backups.
• Load and unload outgoing and incoming trailers (dry cargo, bulk powder, liquid tanks).
• Complete quality checks for Water Quality, Chemical Concentration, and Foot Formers.
• Follow Master Sanitation Schedule and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report hazards.
