Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Maryland seeks a full-time LPN to join the on-site care team for the night shift (11p-7am). You will perform health assessments, manage medications, and coordinate with families and the care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Current valid LPN/LVN license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or higher in nursing preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• 4+ years geriatric nursing with med administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments and monitor condition changes.
• Coordinate care with Health and Wellness Director and families.
• Assist with medication administration and nursing tasks as needed.
• Schedule shifts and supervise care team to ensure coverage.
• Maintain accurate resident records and care plans.
• Coordinate with home health agencies and on-site staff.
