Madix Inc. is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to drive lean initiatives, coordinate daily production, and mentor staff in a fast-paced plant environment.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for a BS/AS in manufacturing ops and 2 years of leadership experience in assembly manufacturing. The candidate must promote safety, quality, and teamwork while managing flexible scheduling.

Achieves results by establishing priorities, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising job results, coaching, counseling, disciplining employees, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, or procedures. Maintains quality of staff by hiring, training, developing, and mentoring employees to ensure maximum performance. Provides creative leadership and direction to employees to improve operating efficiencies, equipment performance, ensure safety, quality, and productivity. Manages workflow by monitoring steps of the process, setting process variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel, and developing reporting procedures. Implement existing production standards and make adjustments as necessary to produce products within specifications. Recommend and implement action plans to correct deviations noted during daily work, internal or external audits. Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other reports to determine production requirements. Complete administration duties that include time and attendance system, holiday/vacation planning, production reports, back order reviews, past due list, and safety violations/concerns.
Working Knowledge of lean process preferre. Communication skills (verbal & written) . Strong time management skills, deadline and detail oriented. Demonstrated ability to work in a team. Positive attitude and action oriented. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
High school diploma/GED required. BS or Associates degree in manufacturing operations management preferred. 2 years of experience in assembly manufacturing leadership role preferred.
Manufacturing plant environment with fluctuations in temperature.
