SpaceX is seeking a Welder for night shifts dedicated to Starship launch hardware. You will weld using FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, and GTAW on carbon, stainless, and aluminum parts, reading drawings to plan welds and maintaining high-quality fabrication.

The role requires collaboration with the lead welder, adherence to safety standards, and flexibility for overtime and outdoor work. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in fabrication welding; preferred 5+ years GTAW/FCAW with SCH 10 piping, plus relevant

Qualifications

Experience in GTAW or FCAW welding on stainless or carbon steel.
Welding qualifications per AWS D1.x or ASME IX.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings for welding operations.
Flexible to work night shifts and overtime as needed.
Lifts up to 30 lbs and works outdoors under varying conditions.

Responsabilités

Weld using FCAW, GMAW, SMAW, and GTAW on carbon, stainless steel, and aluminum structures.
Cut, trim, fit and fabricate weldments to specified dimensions.
Collaborate with lead welder to select weld procedures and materials.
Review drawings and specifications to plan welding operations.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce turnaround times and improve processes.
Perform other related duties to maintain efficient operations.
