Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. in Huntley, IL is seeking an Installation Technician in our hydraulics department to install, service, inspect, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems on heavy‑duty work trucks. You will read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints to ensure accurate installations and repairs.

This night shift role offers a 15% shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, holidays, 401(k) with match, wellness reimbursement, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Basic shop math and ability to interpret work instructions, diagrams and blueprints.
• Hand dexterity and working knowledge of hand tools.
• Must be willing to work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with weld, assembly processes.
• Technical degree helpful and/or specialty certifications (i.e., welding, electrical, hydraulics), not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, inspect, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components.
• Read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints, perform shop math.
• Knowledge of wiring and electrical systems is a plus.
