Job summary

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is hiring a Weigh Station Specialist for the Mills River facility. This role supports warehouse and weighing station duties, monitors shipments, and ensures secure and accurate handling of products throughout the yard and loading areas.

It requires 2 years of PIT experience, security/service background, and comfort with tractor-trailer movements. The position offers 3rd shift compensation and benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 2 years powered industrial truck experience preferred
• 1 year security/customer service experience preferred
• Experience with commercial tractor-trailer vehicles preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrance/exit of vendors, contractors, visitors, and trucks
• Operate warehousing equipment and perform pallet building and loading duties
• Coordinate with Logistics to share bills of lading and shipment details
• Identify and resolve warehouse system errors (WMS, inventory, ASNs, BOMs)
• Collaborate across Packaging, Quality, Brewing, and Supply Chain teams to manage materials and improve processes
• Ensure safety practices and perform forklift inspections
• Support yard operations and maintain product integrity
