Job summary

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is hiring a Weigh Station Specialist for 3rd shift in Mills River, NC. The role oversees entrance/exit control, yard checks, and accurate shipping documentation to support production and distribution.

You will operate forklifts and warehouse equipment, manage WMS tasks, and collaborate across Packaging, Quality, Brewing, and Supply Chain to improve inventory and logistics. Competitive hourly pay plus benefits and safety programs.

Qualifications

• 2 years powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1 year security/customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with tractor-trailer maneuvering preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrance/exit of vendors, contractors, visitors, and deliveries to guard against theft and ensure proper delivery.
• Operate/shipping, receiving and pallet building; perform WMS tasks and use forklifts and equipment.
• Coordinate with Logistics in Mills River and Chico via email/phone for bills of lading, trailer counts, and dates.
• Identify and resolve warehouse system errors (WMS, BOLs, ASNs, BOMs).
• Support cross‑functional teams to optimize material flow and inventory management.
