Milliken & Company seeks a meticulous Weft Insertion Creeler for the Highland Plant in Cheraw, SC. The role supports industrial textile fabric production by loading yarn on creels, maintaining tension and proper threading, and aiding machine operators.

Shift is third, hours 12:00am to 8:00am, with five-day workweeks and possible weekend work. You will ensure material supply, monitor quality of yarn packages, and keep accurate production records while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Responsabilités

• Load and replace yarn packages on creels per production specs
• Thread yarns and ensure proper threading for continuous loom operation
• Monitor yarn tension and alignment; address issues quickly to minimize downtime
• Transport yarn packages between creeling areas and machines
• Complete production and material tracking documentation accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of creel and surrounding areas
• Assist operators and technicians to support production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by Lead/Supervisor or Dept. Manager
