Job summary

Inframark, a leader in water management, seeks a Night-Shift Operator for the Chisholm Creek Wastewater Plant. You will operate equipment, monitor systems, perform routine testing, and respond to after-hours issues.

The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 7:30pm–6:00am, with potential weekend shifts and on‑call emergencies. A High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of water/wastewater operations are required; a valid driver’s license is preferred, and wastewater licensing is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of water/wastewater operations experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required; CDL preferred.
• Wastewater Operator’s License preferred, ability to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and machinery across water/wastewater facilities (valves, pumps, motors, etc.).
• Conduct routine testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems.
• Document treatment processes and track flow and chemical usage.
• Respond to callouts and after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure facility security and cleanliness; train team members as needed.
• Provide customer service and communicate with clients about operations.
