Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking an experienced Wastewater Nightshift O&M Technician to support a Water Reclaim Plant in a mission-critical semiconductor facility. You will operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain wastewater treatment and water-reclamation systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and high water recovery during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years operating and maintaining industrial wastewater treatment systems.
• Hands-on experience with water reclamation or related industrial water systems.
• Strong understanding of wastewater processes, equipment, instrumentation, and chemical treatment.
• Ability to read P&IDs and operating procedures.
• Ability to work independently during nightshift in a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Water Reclaim Plant for continuous safe recovery.
• Monitor plant performance via SCADA/HMI and field inspections.
• Operate treatment processes including UF/RO/NF and membranes.
• Respond to alarms, process upsets, and water-quality excursions.
• Support maintenance and calibration of process instrumentation.
• Maintain compliance with environmental permits and internal specs.
