Clasen Quality Chocolate, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Technician for its Watertown, WI facility. This regular, full-time role runs a Day shift from 4:55am to 5:25pm, 3-4 days per week, with built-in 8 hours of overtime during the 4-day cycle.

• Minimum of one year of industrial warehouse experience including forklift operation, WMS, and shipping/receiving.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, RSS, Navision, Plant Control Systems, and Label Management is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare shipping orders (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Move ingredients/finished materials using the inventory system to support FIFO and rotation.
• Load/unload trailers and tanks, complete inspection forms.
• Receive, inspect, sample, tag, and route incoming materials; pick/pack/load orders.
• Complete paperwork (BOLs, orders, ProFormas) accurately.
• Interact with drivers, customers, and other departments.
• Perform cleaning and cover for breaks as needed.
• Operate forklift and other equipment; may drive company van with clean record.
• Follow safety/quality policies and maintain regular attendance.

This is a regular, full-time position working Dayshift from 4:55am to 5:25pm, 3-4 days per week.

JOB SUMMARY : The Warehouse Technician is responsible for processing inbound and outbound orders, performing inventory management practices, verifying and recording material handling transactions, while following all safety and quality procedures and proficiently operating all material handling equipment. The Warehouse Technician must also possess a great deal of flexibility in their ability to multi-task and maintain a positive, team attitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties as assigned.

• Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare UPS, FedEx, etc. shipping orders for shipment.
• Move ingredients/finished materials in and out of racking, using the electronic inventory management system, to achieve proper first in-first out (FIFO) / product rotation procedures.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and tankers, completing the necessary inspection forms.
• Receive, inspect, sample, tag, and route all incoming materials. Pick, pack, load, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Complete paperwork and log information accurately (Bill of Ladings (BOL’s), inbound/outbound orders, ProForma’s, etc.).
• Interact with truck drivers, customers, and other CQC departments.
• Perform cleaning activities as needed.
• Cover for other employees while on break/lunch.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment, and drive personal vehicle for work. Designated employees may be approved to operate the CQC van and therefore, must have an acceptable driving record.
• Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor, while following all company, safety, and quality policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance at work.

QUALIFICATIONS :

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of industrial warehouse experience required, which includes forklift operation, Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience, and shipping and/or receiving experience. Additional experience beyond one year is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, RSS, Microsoft Navision, Plant Control Systems, and Label Management would be helpful
